Cocker x Beagle puppies

Lady (mum) is our friendly, loving family pet and Ted (dad) is a stud dog, with a great personality. Puppies are well socialised and brought up in a family environment around my 2 little boys. Puppies will be ready to leave for their forever homes on the 2nd of August.
- Heritage
Dad is a red, show type, pure Cocker Spaniel - giving the puppies their gorgeous big ears! Mum is a mixed breed; 1/2 beagle, 1/4 Cocker Spaniel & 1/4 Parsons. Please refer to the photos to see a full breakdown of the family tree. Mum is approx 19 inches to the shoulder and as you can see, dad is very similar in height also.
I own mum and also owned the puppies grandmother before she sadly passed away late last year.
We have had two litters previously from Lady, using a different show type cocker spaniel stud dog (older half sister shown in photos also) and the feedback we have received from their new owners has been fantastic, with numerous comments on their loyalty & loving, fun, kind temperaments.
Resultant breed of puppies: 5/8 cocker spaniel, 2/8 beagle, 1/8 Parsons terrier
- Mixed breeding
There are many valid opinions for and against mixed breeding as opposed to pedigree breeding. It is generally considered that mixed breeds are much less likely to exhibit the results of interbreeding, such as temperament, intelligence and health related issues. A mixed-breed puppy often has the advantage of having a much lower chance of being born with inherited congenital diseases, since the mating process naturally leaves out any defective genes. I encourage research in to mixed breeding, along with research of the individual breeds included within the heritage of our beautiful puppies.
- Collection
Puppies will be ready for collection on the 2nd of August. They will come with a puppy pack including a small bag of puppy food, an information document, puppy pads, scented blanket, some toys & a squeaky teddy to settle them in to their new homes.
- Covid 19 / Dog theft
Due to Covid-19 risk and recent instances of dog theft locally. It is with regret that we are not allowing physical viewings prior to collection. Viewings will be done by video call only. Weekly updates will then be sent to new owners to see the progress of their new puppy and watch them as they develop and grow until they are ready for collection at 8 weeks.
- Security / deposit
To secure a specific puppy, I will be asking for a £300 non-refundable deposit. This will ensure the puppy is sold to you and therefore can’t be sold to anybody else. The remainder will be payable on collection.
- Homes
Puppies are ready to leave on the 2nd of august. Please genuine enquiries and loving, forever homes only! Mum will be here to see with puppies upon collection. I may ask a couple of questions upon initial contact regarding your home / work life to ensure all puppies find suitable forever homes. Collection times / dates will be confirmed with new owners in the week prior to collection.
- Health
Puppies have been:
* wormed every 2 weeks from 2 weeks of age and will be fully up date when leaving at 8 weeks
* microchipped - I am CPD certified in the implantation of small animal microchips (including canine), our puppies will therefore be microchipped before leaving for their new homes as this is a legal requirement. I will give all relevant instruction and guidance on how to transfer ownership.
* flea treated
* well socialised within a family environment to ensure early exposure to day to day nosies and activity
* both mum and dad have never had or experienced any health related issues / problems
